All products ship FOB from their perspective shipping location. Some items will ship directly from our warehouse and some will ship directly from the manufacturer/Vendor.

All items in our store ship to the Continental United States at the shipping prices quoted. Hawaii and Alaska must first contact us for shipping quotes before purchase. The shipping rates posted are for the Continental United States Only!
PSF Commodities Home Decor and it's Manufacturer's and Vendors reserve the right to ship products via the most cost effective and best means possible, in regards to the item size,weight and destination. Oversized and heavier weight items may incur additional shipping charges. Not sure, please Contact Us for a quote.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any damage to their package, upon receipt of their item(s)to the carrier immediately, so that it may be documented with the carrier. PSF Commodities Home Decor and it's Manufacturers and Vendors, take no responsibility for damage to items due to carrier negligence. Once item(s) are in the carriers possession, we are no longer responsible for the item(s).
In most cases we do not require you to purchase shipping insurance, though we do advise it and will require it in some cases, do to the value and nature of an item. Some items will have the shipping insurance already included with the shipping total. UPS and Fedex automatically insure your package up to $100.00 at no extra cost.
PSF Commodities Home Decor and it's affiliate companies do not refund shipping charges under any circumstances. We are not the delivery carriers.
PSF Commodities Home Decor and it's affiliate companies are not responsible for late, damaged, lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. These are all due to carrier or customer negligence.
It is important that you provide a current and up to date address and phone number when making your purchase(s) to insure a correct and timely delivery.
Returns are accepted based on the following Terms and Conditions, with no exceptions.
Manufacturer Defective Items:
Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of items(s) to PSF Commodities Home Decor, email info@psf-commodities.com
An RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number must be issued by PSF Commodities Home Decor
Please provide a detailed description of the damaged item and a picture if possible.
Mishandling by the carrier or customer when opening or handling the item does not constitute manufacturer damage, that is misuse and mishandling. No refund or replacement product will be issued.
Manufacturer defective items can either be replaced with another undamaged item of the same, you may take a store credit or you will be issued a full refund once the item is back in the possession of PSF Commodities Home Decor or it's affiliate company from which the product was shipped.
A picture of the defective item must be emailed to info@psf-commodities.com or when not possible, the item must be returned before a refund,replacement or credit can be applied.
All items must ship back in their original packaging with the RMA # written on the outside of the package. Customer is liable for all return shipping charges and fees.
All Other Returns:
Will incur a 15% restocking fee
All items must be in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition, the same as when they were shipped. The item may not have been used, tampered with, or mishandled. PSF Commodities and it's affiliate companies reserve the right to refuse any return or issue any refund or credit based on these policies.
No refund, credit or exchange will be issued until the item is back in our, or our affiliate companies possession.
Customer is responsible for any and all charges and fees associated with the return of any item.
An RMA number must be issued to the purchaser, before any product may be returned. No exceptions.
Any item shipped back without prior authorization and an RMA number issued with return instructions, will be refused.
Wrong Item Returns:
Due to human error, once in while an incorrect size,color or product can be shipped. If in some rare instance this is the case, please contact us immediately, so that we may address the issue in a timely manner and secure the correct item for you. You will need to contact us at info@psf-commodities.com so that we may instruct you on how to facilitate an exchange, based on individual case basis.
Custom Made Items
Products that are custom made to order are non-returnable unless manufacturer defective. You must contact us within 48 hours of receipt of item so that we may notify the manufacturer of any defects to the item. This does not include damage caused by the handling of the item(s) during transit, that is the fault of the carrier and not the manufacturer, or to mishandling by the customer upon opening the item, that is mis-use.
